Mango "Flan" w/ Pecan Praline Crumble 



Ingredients for the Flan

1 Cup Greek Yogurt
1 Cup Mango Pulp 
1/2 Cup Milk Powder
1/2 Cup Condensed Milk
2 Tsp Cardamom

Ingredients for Decoration

1/2 cup Mango Pulp
1/2 cup Fresh diced Mango

Ingredients for the Crumble

1/2 Cup Candied Pecan
10-12 Mint Leaves
Pinch of Salt

Procedure

In a blender, blend all the ingredients for the flan. In a stainless pan, pour the ingredients and steam in a pressure cooker for 20 minutes. Cool to room temperature. Refrigerate for 4 Hrs. 

Coarsely hop the pecan & mint together with salt into a crumble.  

Serve "Flan" with Fresh Mango, Mango Pulp & Crumble! Yumm!

PS: You can substitute candied pecans with any roasted nuts. If using salted nuts, then skip the additional salt in the crumble.
