Fruit Bhel - Quick Recipe


Bhel is just a mix.  Usually it needs prep time! Boiled potatoes, Chutneys etc. sometime all you needs is some creativity! Hear is a quick Bhel!

Ingredients 

(Makes 3 Sumptuous servings)


2 Tomatoes diced
1 Mango fruit  peeled and diced
1 cup puffed rice
1/4 cup roasted peanuts (any nuts)
1/2 cup Cilantro
1 Green chili finely chopped
1 Tbsp lemon Juice
2 tsp chili powder
Salt


Mix all well in a bowl! serve!
