Cranberry Pickle

Ingredients

1 Cup Salt
3/4 Cup Red Hot Chilli Powder
1 Tbsp Hing
2 Tbsp finely powdered Dry Roasted Fenugreek
1 Cup + 1 tbsp Sesame Oil


1 Lb Cranberries - washed and air dried (just enough to remove wetness)

Procedure
In a sauce pan, heat the 1 tbsp Sesame oil. Saute the cranberries until soft. remove them into a mixing bowl.
in the same sauce pan, take the 1 Cup of oil and heat it up until it starts smoking. Turn the stove off. Add all the spices & salt and mix well.  Add the sauted cranberry. You might have to adjust the salt to taste.

Eat with hot rice and ghee! yum!!!
