Apple-Peach Salad with basil lemon dressing
2 medium sized apples
2 peaches
1 gren chili extra finely chopped
3-5 leave of basil chiffonade
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp olive oil
Sprinkle of salt
Sprinkler pepper
Hand full of candied walnuts (optional)
Cut apple and peaches into thin slices. Mix the green chili, basil, salt, pepper oil and lemon juice in a small bowl with a fork, so that the flavors meld. Mix the dressing with ether apples and peach slices!
Let it sit for 5 minutes before serving! Garnish with candied nuts and enjoy !
