Yogurt Peanut Chutney for Idli

Yogurt Peanut Chutney 

Ingredients

Raw peanuts - 3/4 Cup
Plain Yogurt -  1 Cup
Vegetable Oil - 2 Tbsp
Mustard Seeds - 1/2 Tsp
Dry Red Chillies - 4 or 5 Full 
Green Chillies - 1 
Asefoetida (Hing) - 1 tsp
Cilantro - 1/2 Cup (optional).
Salt to taste

In a saute pan - heat the oil. Add the mustard seeds and dry red chillies. Once the mustard seeds start spluttering. Add Peanuts, Hing and Green chillies. Saute them until peanuts are nice and golden brown. Turn the heat off. Once the mixture cools, grind with yogurt. If you want to use Cilantro, Saute Cilantro for a few minutes, separately, add it to the peanut mixture and grind it.

Serve with Idli or Dosa.
