Baby Corn Munchurian


3 Cans baby corn - rinsed
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp diced Serrano peppers
3 tbsp extra thick tomato paste
2 tbsp chopped cilantro
1 tsp tamarind paste
soy Sauce to taste
2 tsp olive oil


Heat the oil in a saute pan. saute the corn until it caramelizes. add the soy sauce, tamarind paste and tomato paste and cook for 2-3 minuets on high heat. keep stirring to ensure that it does not burn. Add the brown sugar and toss for a few minutes. Add the Serrano peppers and the chopped cilantro.

Serve hot with rice or just like that.
