Stuffed Peppers (Appetizer)

20 Pcs Sweet Mini Peppers
2 tbps Besan (split pea Flour)
2 tbps Rice Flour
2 Tbsp Cashew nuts
2 Tbsp Almonds (de-husked and sliced)
1 Tbps Aamchur
1.5 Tsp Red chilli Powder
Salt to taste
Pam For Grilling
1 tbsp oil

Grind Almonds and cashew into a fine powder. Add all the dry ingredients and mix well. add the oil and water to make a paste. split the mini peppers down the middle (by the longer side). on a greased cookie sheet place stuffed peppers. bake in a pre-heated (to 375 deg) over for 15-18 minutes (adjust to your oven). spinkle some crushed pepper and serve. Yummmm!
