Idli Batter Measure

1 Cups urad Dal Soak over night and grind

3 Cups of Rice Flour

(I would use 1.5 cups of Idli Rava, and 1.5 Cups of Rice Flour)

Dosa Batter

1 Cups urad Dal Soak over night and grind

5 Cups of Rice Flour

After grinding the urad dal into a very fine paste, mix the rice flour or the idli Rava into the urad mix and add salt. Keep it over night (it should rise). During winters you can keep it in the oven with just the oven light on.
